  1. Thanks! Memories for the winter, indeed. I’m planning to can some sunshine (aka tomatoes, pickles and relishes of all kinds) to get me through the cold months.

    1. Michele’s recipe, I’m afraid – although I suspect she just throws everything together. My best guess would be two cups of whole basil leaves, half a cup of nuts, two medium garlic cloves, a drizzle of olive oil, a teaspoon of honey, a sprinkle of red pepper, a third cup of goat cheese and some sea salt whizzed together in the food processor.
